Information we collect

We collect information needed to quote, book, collect, consolidate, ship, track and deliver cargo. This may include names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, pickup and delivery details, cargo descriptions, dimensions, weights, photographs, invoices, customs information and communications with us.

How we collect and use information

Information may be collected through our website forms, email, telephone, documents supplied to us and interactions with our staff, contractors and service providers. We use it to provide freight services, communicate shipment updates, prepare invoices and customs documents, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve enquiries and improve our operations.

Disclosure

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to carriers, Blue Couriers, depots, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, ports, delivery partners, technology and email providers, professional advisers and government authorities. International freight may require information to be disclosed to recipients in Fiji or other destination and transit countries.

Tracking privacy

Public tracking results are limited to shipment status, route, relevant dates and customer-safe milestones. Customer names, full telephone numbers, addresses and internal notes are not displayed. Tracking searches use the customer’s ALLXS tracking code and repeated unsuccessful searches are temporarily restricted.

Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, interference and unauthorised access or disclosure. Records are retained only while needed for service delivery and applicable legal, customs, taxation, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, then securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing booking@allxsfreightlogistics.services. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
